COVID-19 Safety Practices

I am committed to providing a safe environment for everyone who enters the studio. By staying current on all recommendations from the CDC, state and local health officials, as well as maintaining HIPAA practices.

Please read below and familiarize yourself with the safety protocol.

• Face masks must be worn at all times.
• You will be required to complete a health questionnaire* on the day of appointment.
• Temperature check will be taken upon arrival.
• Hand sanitizing is required upon entry.
• Studio is equipped with a HEPA filter air purifier.
• Additional time is scheduled between guests.

*You must answer “No” to the following questions in order to maintain your appointment.

Have you had:

1. COVID-19 symptoms in past 14 days,
2. positive COVID-19 diagnostic test in past 14 days,
3. close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days; and/or
4. traveled within a state with significant community spread of COVID-19 for longer than 24 hours within the past 14 days.
