A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
Schedule your appointment through scheduler, regardless of how you would like to pay.

Please note that 48 hours notice is required in order to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and “no-shows” will be charged for the full appointment fee.

All clients must complete a health intake form prior to service.

Payment is due upon receipt of services, at the completion of your appointment. Payment may be made by cash, check, Venmo or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to service fee.

Gratuity is not expected above and beyond the rate of service.

Insurance is not accepted, however you may request a receipt and use your flexible spending account.

Medical Consultation
If you are not sure if treatment is safe for your condition, it is your responsibility to check with your health physician prior to making your appointment.

Privacy
All information collected from the intake form and any discussions in office or during treatment will be confidential and never shared with third parties without written permission from the client. This includes personal information, characteristics, health, activities and views.

Young Clients
Clients under the age of 18 (eighteen) accepted with parent approval.

Inappropriate Conduct
All treatments are for therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate behavior (drug use, excessive drinking, illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or sexual advances or other) will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will be charged for the full price of the booked service.

Practitioner Cancellation
Alexis Steeves has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if she is ill, has a personal emergency or if there is inclement weather. In this event the appointment fee is waived.
